Planner tip for the day… don’t be afraid of trying something new and embrace change! In particular when it comes to events, we find that many planners are afraid of using new event technology when it comes to events. While there is certainly an investment when it comes to using technology for marketing, on-site event support and post-event reporting, our experience has been that the benefits are far greater.
In a world where there are so many events competing for our target market’s attention, planners must use innovation to set yourself apart from others and technology can be an incredible tool.
Our only piece of advice when implementing something new is that you must be prepared to invest both your time and your client’s time in learning, education and being available to troubleshoot any problems that might come up.
