Guest Surveys

Surveys have become an incredible tool to gain important feedback from guests, sponsors and key event stakeholders.  Use them as much as possible in your post-event reporting so annual events can continue to grow and improve.

Specifically, use them to determine:

  • What is the level of satisfaction for the event?
  • Which elements of the event do they like most?
  • What, if anything, did they dislike about this event?
  • Are they likely to participate in one of your events in the future?
  • How likely are they to tell a friend about this event

NPS (Net Promoter Score) or Yes/No questions are always preferred as they are quick and easy for people to answer. Always end with an open answered questions where guests can provide any other thoughts or event-related feedback.
